I have been working at Camelot Education full-time
Great hours, lots of time off paid, flexible when you need to leave for appointments for family events
Terrible benefits Unprofessional management TONS of favoritism Terrible communication between upper management and employees Very "clickish" Low pay for the work that you do Very little praise or appreciation Violent students
Advice to Management
My advice to management would be get your act together and start showing respect if you want respect.
I applied in-person. The process took a week. I interviewed at Camelot Education.
Pretty simple really. Asked a lot of what would you do, what have you done scenarios. Did do some role playing, but nothing hard. Asked a lot of question on how you felt about kids and why you want to work with kids.
