I worked at Camille La Vie full-time (More than 5 years)
Great work/family balance. They do appreciate each and every employee, you are not just a number. Positive and upbeat environment!
No incentives, such as bonuses or raises. Hard to request off when the staff is so small. Need to open more locations. Hard to advance into higher positions when some states only have one store!
Advice to Management
Make sure you reward your employees for all of the hard work. Longevity and loyal employees should receive raises. Most retail environments offer bonus programs and annual raises to their staff .
I applied through an employee referral. The process took a week. I interviewed at Camille La Vie.
Recruited by manager that was being transferred. Contacted by DM and interview with DM for about an hour. Basic discussion about experience and expectations. Background check completed and contacted within 2 days and offer was made. Started after completing notice.
Salary was what I expected and I negotiated vacation time for the current year.
