Some of the former business (legacy software, services) is a drag on where the company is going. The changes the company is experiencing are very positive so the legacy folks need to align.

Keep going - moving everything in the right direction.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took a week. I interviewed at CampaignDrive.
Spoke with 2 staff members both who gave me a short overview of my role and responsibilities. Followed by several behavioral and work experience questions. Took place in their office. They did not ask any trick questions. Focus was on the interest for the job and if you were qualified with any past programming or IT experience.
