I have been working at Campari full-time

    Pros

Campari is unlike any other company I have worked for. From the top the the very bottom, everyone at the company is excellent. True open door policy in regards to speaking your mind and having it considered. Leadership is top notch and experienced with a strive for camaraderie. Aside from brands that have true integrity and transparency, the pay, benefits, and overall job expectations are a stand out in the spirits industry.

    Cons

Delayed on the job tools, however that is to be expected in a new division. Quarterly reward structure could be more motivating for some. More engagement from HR on long term career planning and opportunity within Campari.

    Advice to Management

Continue to seek feedback from the field and maintain KAR job satisfaction. We are very high vis indutry wide and I hope we don't lose great people due to head hunters. Would also love to see 3rd party continuing education support (grad certificate payment related to the job, etc). This would be a small investment per individual with great returns.

    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Campari (San Francisco, CA) in September 2016.

    Interview

Very long process. Submitted application through Campari job site, received call back from recruiter, spoke with potential line manager, spoke with another Key Account Regional Manager. After passing the phone screens, met with the state manager for an in person interview which was then followed up by a final phone interview with the VP of On-Premise
