I have been working at Campbell Ewald full-time (More than a year)
Amazing Diversity and Inclusion programs. Lots of opportunity for young people to get involved and take initiative outside of their positions. Really great working space. Very nice people to work with. For the most part, great PTO/work life balance. Kevin Wertz is a really great CEO and person.
Depending on the manager/account, work life balance can be not respected. Very difficult to get a promotion-- sometimes becomes LONG overdue. Pay is pretty crummy.
If you are OK with the pay, willing to put your head down and work, and have good lines of communication with your supervisor/team, then the pros outweigh the cons.
Advice to Management
Really make sure you are asking and listening to the input of your youngest employees. Make sure they are heard.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Campbell Ewald (Detroit, MI) in November 2016.
The hiring team was very kind and prepared with a list of basic questions. Each question regarded my background and future goals. The questions were easy and the interview took less than an hour.
