The current leadership embrace the latest technologies. We are constantly improving the quality of the software we create by focusing on best practices, latest proven techniques for cleaner code and loosely-coupled SOA architectures.
I don't really have any cons about the organization. My experience at Campus so far has been extremely rewarding and allowed me to substantially grow in expertise. I have had the opportunity to work alongside very knowledgeable team members in extremely complex technical challenges.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Campus Management Corporation in October 2017.
This was a free-form phone interview session where the hiring manager started with describe the current day's activities. This may or may not be a good tactic on the interviewers part based on current projects and issues being addressed. Attempts to steer to a "typical" day were met with resistance by the interviewer. Unfortunately, the process was interrupted at least twice by a on-site subordinate and by an accepted telephone call. All told, it was easy to see that the hiring manager was not engaged in the process.
