I worked at Canadian Blood Services full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Amazing font line staff
    Great benefits
    Good pay and Pension

    Cons

Too many middle managers who don't heave management experience
CBS is changing everyday, causing more job losses
CEO is on a mission to cut costs without thinking about the impact to the donors

    Advice to Management

Management is too top heavy. There needs to be less managers and supervisors and more communication from Head Office.
