I have been working at Canon Virginia full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Great benefits, family oriented company, only one layoff in 30 yrs., great place to begin a career or a for a lifetime.

    Cons

Can’t really think of any. All companies have things people don’t like. Pay maybe thought of as low but I don’t feel that is true.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Canon Virginia in April 2017.

    Interview

The interview process was pretty quick, it only took two days to receive an offer. I received an out of the blue call from an HR manager a couple months after I applied and she asked if I was still interested and if she could set up a phone interview. I had the phone interview the next day with the HR manager and my potential boss. It went well and I got another call two days later with the internship offer.

    Interview Questions

    • They asked basic questions about my resume and how I would deal with adversity in a team environment.   Answer Question
