    The care and respect you get from the entire team is very refreshing. The caring attitude of the team during these unique time during the Virus pandemic has been wonderful

    Cons

    No downsides at this time except working our way through the industry shift due to the coronavirus.

    I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CapRelo (Sterling, VA) in May 2015.

    Interview

    After applying on Glassdoor I received a phone call from HR to talk small details, afterwards I setup an interview with the Marketing Director over the phone, didn't need to travel! After a few days I was offered the job subject to a background check and drug screening, which only took a few days to get the results.
