I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Capax Global in January 2013.
The interview process consisted of multiple calls covering various technology questions. The real interview was after the hiring and proving in the next three weeks that i was competent in what i said i was able to do by delivering on my promises.
