    Application

I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Capcom (San Francisco, CA) in April 2018.

    Interview

Applied on their website, received a call from the internal recruiter for a 30 min call with hiring manager next day. The hiring manager missed the first call then rescheduled it for the next day. We had a really good call and I was asked to come in for onsite interviews the following week. I was scheduled to meet with 9 employees but a couple were out sick. Lasted about 4 hours and went well. I have the exact background and experience they were looking for, just in the wrong industry. Would have been a perfect fit if I had any gaming industry experience.
