"Effectively run company with great prospects"

Dec 4, 2020 - Customer Facing Role
Positive Outlook
Approves of CEO

-Cape is efficiently run with a minimum of politics, drama, or other shenanigans. -People are here to do business, and do it well, but still bring a caring attitude to the workplace. -Management

-Diversity is a challenge, but Cape appears to be invested in improving this. -There is a somewhat dated approach to internal movement and promotions that probably needs to be evaluated as we grow

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cape Analytics (United States)

Straight forward interview process. I applied online via LinkedIn. Went through an initial 15 min call with a developer. Made it through to the second round with another developer which was a technical interview. Was asked some basic JavaScript questions and a couple of more advanced ones. Coded a couple of small snippets based off requirements. Overall it was a good experience. The only downside is that I have not received a response in over two weeks. Not even a simple automated message. That was the only unprofessional thing the company could improve on in terms of the hiring process.
