None really. The reason for leaving after three years was the desire for more income buts it’s hard when under a government contract cause each role already has a set salary.Advice to Management
Company events in the local area so we can meet other employees. Bring forth new jobs to seasoned employees so that perhaps they can stay with in the company but still experience a new job site.I applied online. The process took 4 days. Interview
Interview was conducted with the Supervisor for the position. The questions asked were a majority of technical questions, to include some personal. The Interview was nice and laid back and more of a conversation - it really helped get to the know who I would be working for!Why are you leaving your current employer?
