    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Capita full-time (More than 3 years)

Offer positions to people who have been out of work for extended periods, older people and generally those who have a lot to give but might find it hard to get in the door somewhere else Management are prepared to work with people who need to work tailored hours or have other special arrangements

Dog eat dog! Very unprofessional environment. Management pit employees against each other and let them brawl issues out rather than addressing them. Particularly the case where issues arise with work from home or other arrangements are granted to newer employees and older employees feel 'nose out of joint'. No harmony Difficult to progress on merit, too much weight put on how long you have worked there Very little training, investment in people after hire or technology

    Advice to Management

Invest in the future and give your middle management some people training. You are loosing people because there is no room for anything that isn't client chargeable

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Capita.

Got in touch with HR through father's friend, scheduled interview for the following Monday. HR asked me general questions about my resume and was followed by an interview with the manager who I worked under. He reviewed my resume and asked me a couple of Java questions to determine if I was good at it.
