    Easy Interview

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Capital Lumber (Eugene, OR) in January 2015.

I was lucky enough to have contacts that work there to get me an internship. My interview was with the CEO at a sporting event. The CEO makes sure that his employees have great communication skills as well as people persons. The interview process I had wasn't the ordinary one since I had an in and was only doing it for an internship
