Contacted by a recruiter- Recruiter gave some information but wasn't painting a very clear picture on the position. She made it seem like the hours are flexible and the work/life balance is very good. After talking with the sales manager, some of the information provided by the recruiter was different than reality, sort of setting us up for failure moving forward. The sales manager was very kind, easy to talk to, and informative. He was direct and left few questions to be asked about the position and the hours. He seems like a good guy to work for, but the hours were not for me.InterviewStandard questions. Experience, why I applied, interests outside of work, etc.
