    The interview process itself was pretty standard. Nothing too tricky with a case study at the end of a panel session.

    However, upon rejection (after completing the entire interview process) my recruiter couldn't find the time of day to give me any feedback from the team.

    Doesn't seem equitable to put in all that effort and get ghosted after a single lined rejection email.
