There is a ton of opportunity for growth, whether it's moving into a more senior role within the same department, or even between departments. If you put in the appropriate amount of work and effort, you will see it pay off in the long run.
Management is aligned with a common goal and the product has continued to improve to provide significant increases in value YoY to customers.
HR never fails to come up with new and fun activities for the team, and constantly turns feedback into positive improvements to company culture.
Cappex is in an excellent position and will certainly continue to grow at a significant rate.
It's a small company, so you can't get by doing the bare minimum.
Advice to Management
Continue to focus on the employees and making the environment a place people want to come to work every day.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Cappex (Chicago, IL).
I applied online along with an employee referral, then got scheduled for a 20-30 minute phone interview. At the end of the phone interview was scheduled for and in-person interview a few days later which was roughly an hour long with three members of the marketing team.
