I have been working at Capstone Logistics full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Production work
You can bank if you are a worker like I am. I’ve seen Associates come and go and write bad reviews about Capstone. They are lazy and don’t want to put a days hard work in. This job is not for everyone but if you are a hard worker there is no better place to get place to get paid for the effort you put In than Capstone Logistics
Manager who cares about his Associates.

    Cons

    No Holiday Pay
    Some Long Hours

    Advice to Management

Don’t listen to all the negative reviews. They come from people who haven’t worked a hard day in their life and then want to bash you because they can’t handel the work. Take care of the Unloaders who take care of you and get rid of the trash so they can write bad reviews instead of holding down a job. Steve is the best boss I ever had and he will do anything for his Associates that show up and work.

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Capstone Logistics.

    Interview

They can hire you for selecting then turn around an put you where they please at random or request of third party strenous working demands or workload. They tell you how the pay works which is good but not accurate.. like fathers who were absent an now want part in your life.. pipe dreams an more false pretense.

    Interview Questions

    Negotiation

"We'll see what ee can do" then nothing or "it's all in what you make it"
