    Pros

    - competitive pay
    - comprehensive training
    - solid management team
    - real company culture
    - room for professional growth
    In my experience, it's rare to find all of these things in one company. Captivate seems to have a very clearly defined vision of where it stands in the market, and an understanding of where it's looking to go. The sales team is cohesive, everyone really seems to look out for one another, and- despite its growth- it's managed to not have an overly "corporate" feel to it.

    Cons

    At this point, none worth mentioning. There are minor details, but nothing that's of real concern.

    Advice to Management

    Keep it up, I really like working here.
