Associates are really helpful during the training period.
The training process is very informative however it can be tiresome. Not a major issue since I can see the results of effort put into it.
Advice to Management
Continue to nurture a good working environment. No complaints in my short time here.
I applied online. I interviewed at CarMax (Puyallup, WA) in April 2017.
Applied online which took about an hour, includes a personality quiz. The next day I received a call from the office requesting to set up an interview. Called back and was offered an interview within the next two days. Interview started 15 minutes late due to MOD being busy.
