There are some intelligent people working at Cardean.
Leadership is totally non-existent. The company does not know where it is going in the next 3 months, let alone multiple years. The student counts continue to decline and the company recently had an ultimatum from the board of directors to turn this around or "alternative" resolution would be sought. Additionally, the company also recently had a lay-off which is amazing considering the small size of it!
Advice to Management
There needs to be a roadmap for CLG that is pushed down to all employees along with metrics to judge how well the company is doing to get there. The senior management is rife with internal conflicts regarding the 3-headed CEO position and having an HR guy being one of those heads is absurd.
