I worked at Cardinal Glass full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I enjoyed the work I did for Cardinal Glass. The hours are great had time for family during the week. Operating the Robots and handing Glass are dangerous. I liked it due to all the safety equipment to protect your self and get the job done in a safe manner.

    Cons

The people dictate who they want working there. Could not trust in the people that was supposed to be helping me.

    Advice to Management

Look at the cameras to protect the new employees of this issue of inequality and set ups the old employees do to have those new employees in bad situations were they can get injured.

I interviewed at Cardinal Glass (Portage, WI) in December 2016.

    Interview

It's long and can take up to a week for the whole process. It can be worth it if the shifts work for you. The perks are pretty good.
