The summer internship program allows students the opportunity to work on meaningful and exciting projects that provide them hands-on experience. Our summer interns are usually full-time students in their junior year. Opportunities are available in the several different function areas.
EMERGE: An Accelerated Leadership Development Program
EMERGE is a competitive three-year rotational program for recent graduates to develop leadership and business skills. We offer training and development, networking, tailored programs and annual conferences. Upon completion, participants may be placed in a full-time position that aligns with their skills, experiences and preferences. Opportunities are available in several different function areas.

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Cardinal Health (Boston, MA).
A couple phone interviews, in-person meeting with hiring manager and team member. Each interview was really collaborative with some tough questions (but mostly to describe experience, skill sets, and interests). The hiring manager was very transparent through each step and made me feel like I was truly being recruited and wanted me to work there. It was a winning/selling experience.
