I have been working at Cardinal Stritch University full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Faculty and staff are committed to the mission of the university. It is a place where you really get to know people, know students, and feel like you are making a real impact.

    Cons

It is easy to take work home and work over the weekends.

    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 4+ months. I interviewed at Cardinal Stritch University (Milwaukee, WI) in May 2011.

    Interview

There was very poor communication and disorganization (e.g., my letters of recommendation were misplaced multiple times; people were not where they were supposed to be at designated interview times), That said, the individuals who I met with were very personable.
