Employee Referral Bonus Program
Our employees are great company ambassadors and we reward them with a generous referral bonus program. Employees can earn a $2,500 referral bonus for direct care registered nurses who are hired to work at least 20 hours per week. We also offer a $1,000 bonus for nurse practitioner hires, $500 for all regular status positions, and $250 for per-diem positions.

Care Dimensions encourages and facilitates an environment of professional growth to support both our mission and individual employee needs.
We provide new hire orientation and continued professional learning opportunities that help promote a high quality/high performance culture.
Employees are encouraged to take advantage of various internal and external training and certification programs. We provide ongoing preceptor and mentoring opportunities, as well as in-service training programs that enable employees to earn required CEUs. We also offer multiple preparation classes for obtaining certification in hospice and palliative care. Our high level of certified clinical staff is one of the things that sets our program and staff above others and helps us provide the best quality of care to patients and their families.
Tuition Reimbursement and Scholarships
We have tuition reimbursement for both full- and part-time employees for job-related degree programs.
Tuition reimbursement is offered at a maximum of $200 per credit, up to $2,000 per fiscal year (January 1 – December 31) for full-time employees; the benefit is prorated for part-time, minimum 20 hours, regular employees. Students who attain at least a B grade are reimbursed the maximum allowed. Employees receiving a grade of C will be reimbursed 50 percent of the approved tuition cost.
We also award up to three scholarship grants yearly. Scholarship recipients may be reimbursed up to a maximum of $3,000 per fiscal year, January 1- December 31, for courses that meet Care Dimensions guidelines.

Hospice Nurse Residency Program
In 2015, Care Dimensions launched a nurse residency program to introduce nurses to the field of hospice and palliative care. Developed in partnership with Regis College’s Nursing Program, this innovative hands-on training program is offered to RNs with a minimum of two years of experience and who are new to the field of hospice and palliative care. The program helps nurses develop their hospice expertise through a combination of didactic training and a controlled case load of patients. Nurse residents will be employed at Care Dimensions during the residency and with successful completion of the residency, offered a full-time position in Case Management. Following the residency, a commitment to work full-time for two years is expected for all nurse residents.
