Developed in partnership with Regis College’s Nursing Program, this innovative hands-on training program is offered to RNs with a minimum of two years of experience and who are new to the field of hospice and palliative care. The program helps nurses develop their hospice expertise through a combination of didactic training and a controlled case load of patients. Nurse residents will be employed at Care Dimensions during the residency and with successful completion of the residency, offered a full-time position in Case Management. Following the residency, a commitment to work full-time for two years is expected for all nurse residents.
