Pay ...but who wouldn't want more, hard work (but rewarding) , need more time for 121's and team meetings

Consider the breaks and shift patterns.
The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Care UK.
Communication outstanding with the recruitment team, interview itself good . I knew midway through the decision had been made as to the position already being allocated to another applicant due to its feeling of ticking boxes, but a good insight in to what to expect for future interviews, this was my first interview for a deputy post.
