Keep good communication between what is happening internally and your employees futures
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CareAnyware (Cary, NC) in September 2010.
I was given a phone interview by the VP of Sales that lasted about 5 minutes. Next I interviewed with him in person. Questions were very scattered, the process was very relaxed. I then interviewed with the CEO, the interview was long, questions were more challenging, but not difficult
there wasn't any room for negotiation
