I have been working at CareMessage full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

CareMessage, as many startups, has gone through many lives. The company now seems to be getting through the awkward teenage years and coming into its own as a fully remote company. The expectations and experiences are now the same for all involved which allows leadership to invest more heavily in making work great for everyone. If you enjoy working from home, this is the place to do it.

    Cons

You are disconnected from your coworkers and team(s). It requires you prioritize non-function specific related work to ensure you continue to feel informed, connected, engaged and productive.

    Advice to Management

Continue to delegate more and more as we scale.
