I have been working at CareNational Healthcare Services full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The work is challenging but as I've progressed in honing my recruiting skills, the bonuses paid for placements has really been good. The owners really try to make the culture fun and find avenues for ongoing training and being open to ways to improve the daily work flow. The company has been bringing on new clients consistently and financial goals are being exceeded every month. The benefits are above average....they give you your Birthday off!

    Cons

The work load is heavy and overwhelming at times, but I know that the company is actively looking to hire more recruiters. They continually advocate for better time management, but the reality is, there's just not enough hours in the day.

    Advice to Management

Continue to hire good people by being very thorough during the hiring process.

    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at CareNational Healthcare Services (Scottsdale, AZ) in May 2016.

    Interview

The employer called me up personally, and we conducted a phone interview the next day. This was followed by a in person interview the following week. The in person interview was with the CEO at their office in Scottsdale.
