CareOne – Why Work For Us?

A family owned company, CareOne serves

A family owned company, CareOne serves  thousands of patients every day and admits/discharges more than 20,000  patients every year.  Over the years, our company has grown to keep up with the demand for  high-quality care in a number of expanding services, including assisted  living, memory care, respite care and more. And with more than 29  centers, CareOne’s outstanding programs and services are now  conveniently located throughout New Jersey.

Volunteer Opportunities at CareOne

Volunteers at CareOne are as dedicated and caring as our staff and serve in a variety of roles. Our residents appreciate the opportunity to interact socially with volunteers, sharing their lives with special friends.

Becoming a volunteer at a CareOne center is a great way to give back to your community and neighbors. Whether you assist with resident activities, make one-on-one visits with residents or show off your gardening, card-playing or painting skills, you’ll provide a meaningful service to others—and gain a sense of personal fulfillment.

CareOne invites you to become a part of our extended family by joining our volunteer program.

The CareOne Difference

You can see it in the lovely surroundings, the lush courtyards, the tasteful decorations and the restaurant-style dining rooms—things that tell you this is no ordinary health care center.

You can feel it in the comfortable amenities and homelike rooms that put you at ease, and in the reassuring touch of a nurse’s hand as she helps you out of bed.

You can hear it in the laughter coming from the activity room, the enthusiastic greeting of a physical therapist and the proud farewells of the staff as you leave for home. But don’t take our word for it—read what other patients and residents have to say about their experience at CareOne.

I have been working at CareOne full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Progressive, energetic and forward thinking environment- patient care always comes first - love the energy and philanthropy of the company - no one is doing as much for people in need as CareOne - creates a lot of jealousy amongst competitors who then are forced to write ugly lies on places like this site - don’t listen to them! They are bitter about the company’s success and drive to be the best at everything, while they are getting laid off due to poor care and poor census.

    Cons

Not an environment if you are a 9-5 person who wants to coast and are not interested in staying for at least 5-10 years

    Advice to Management

Stay as hands on and quality driven as you have always been.
