    I have been working at CareOne part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Good benefits w/c incudes Health ins. (eye/dental/medical) 401K, Sick time, Holidays, and some more optional benefits for full/part time employees. New administrator and DON at Livingston are very knowledgeable, understanding and involve with Nursing service which is very good because that's been a long time problem before they jump in the bldg. Good orientation process than before but could be better.

    Cons

    Too much pts assigned in one cart. They cut down carts fr 4 to 3 at SNF side. Besides the pts assignment, I have no more concern because Liv Management is trying their best to excellent. I can say it's way way better compared fr last.

    Advice to Management

    Assign fare amt of pt per nurse which they can properly care accordingly so pts can receive the best care they deserve. Proper orientation is one of the keys of good performance of any skilled nurses. Take time to orient a new employee, make sure that are ready before putting in the floor.

    I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at CareOne.

    Interview

    It was a manageable interview process. Upon entrance to the facility, I had to fill out an application. The interviewer asked for qualifications and experience as an activities assistant. The interviewer was the department head and was very welcoming to the facility.
