Flexibility. Patient load. Ability to earn more money for working harder.
Travel. Lack of input for practical solutions in improving the day to day tasks of the job.
Advice to Management
The job started going downhill when you stopped asking your employees for their input and suggestions in improving their jobs. CarePartners was known for their awesome management team and allowing their employees to provide input/suggestions prior to the Mission takeover.
