I have been working at Career Pakistan full-time (Less than a year)
Have a name in the market.
Recruitment is considered as HR work and Experience is counted.
A head hunting firm that has no fix salary and pay earned is through collection of C.V. Monthly target is 40 CV's, which is not achievable regularly. (Per C.V. is Rs. 500.)
1st month there is no salary. All Calls made should be made at the expense of the Employees for the company.
No benefits at all (Not even for calls for office work)
There is no tea served at all. If you wish to have tea, you have to bring it your own.
So, working cost does not meet the salary as promised
Advice to Management
Please atleast Fix Rs. 10000 per month for each employees. Because you guys demand a lot of work and the person is not getting sufficient pay to atleast bear his traveling cost.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Career Pakistan (Islamabad, Islamabad (Pakistan)).
1st interview is Conducted by the Manager and if the manager deems it fit. The next interview is taken by the Owner of the Company.
What they see, is your speaking ability (Confidence), You must have 3 CGPA out of 4 and you must have majors in HR or Marketing.
