I have been working at CareerBuilder (More than a year)

    Pros

Unparalleled training provided on a consistent basis, PTO & benefits are truly great here. Great work environment, work hard/play hard mentality. It is a grind, but the pay-off in the end is well worth it.

    Cons

There are managers in their roles that do not belong. When you first start you will work a lot, but underpaid based on same jobs in the area at other companies.

    Advice to Management

Change is an absolute constant, however a better & clear direction for the vertical (that you work in) would benefit it's employees better to keep morale up.

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at CareerBuilder (Chicago, IL).

    Interview

The interview consisted of 3 separate meetings. Phone screen, in person, and mock presentation. Typical sales interview. Being a recruitment company, the process was great. I met with multiple managers before I got the job. Everyone was very nice and respectful.
