I worked at Carfinco full-time (More than a year)
I loved the employees there and loved the manager at collections. He was a great boss and was fair. The reviews were good, and the changing bonus structure was profitable.
Having to work a late night each week in the collection department. Management was fair, and never really had an issue. As long as you are honest and not trying to take advantage.
Advice to Management
To hire quality employees as opposed to quantity. Customer service is important to customers even when they are in arrears.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Carfinco (Edmonton, AB (Canada)) in April 2013.
They asked me about 5-6 questions. It was a friendly interview and wasn't intimidating at all. The interviewer was polite and down to earth. I was called the day before, interviewed and was hired in the interview. They let me know all about the job and benefits. They pay quite well.
