I have been working at Cargill full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great atmosphere with the people I work with. The jobs are not extremely that hard to do. Everyday is a challenge if you like challenges in the workplace.

    Cons

Non competitive wages for industry standards. No reward for the amount of work that gets piled on.

    Advice to Management

Pay your production supervisors competitive wages. Balance reward versus work for supervision.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Cargill.

    Interview

I applied online after attending a career fair by the university. The recruiter gave me the exact ID numbers for the job postings. I applied and was contacted about 4 weeks later. I then was scheduled for a phone interview for the following week with a lead Engineer and EHS manager. Then was contacted a week later with an offer. Whole process from initial application to offer was maybe 6 weeks.
