I have been working at Cargill full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great culture and people, room for advancement, management is dedicated to their employees and there is a great work/life balance,

    Cons

I have been working 2 roles for over 2 years and have not gotten adequate pay. They are slow to move on things of this nature at times. We also have a lot of extra responsibility because we don't have enough employees on our team to handle everything. They also can be slow to make decisions that are necessary to keep up with competition.

    Advice to Management

Make a commitment to move faster on things like salary raises and hiring processes for needed roles, and give your business units the tools they need to succeed quickly.

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Cargill (West Lafayette, IN) in October 2011.

    Interview

Asked about challenges in our life and how they were solved in a step by step process. The rest seemed conversational.
