    Neutral Outlook

I have been working at Carillon Assisted Living part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Clients are great and there is potential for growth

    Cons

Patient care is minimal and not taken as serious as it should

    Advice to Management

Corporate needs to take a look at pay scale. High turnover because of low pay and no incentives. Wasted money on training
People don't stay because of the pay but otherwise a good place to work for someone who is compassionate about this position

    Application

I applied in-person. I interviewed at Carillon Assisted Living.

    Interview

Mostly apply online. They often have open interviews at a location that you can drop into during the designated time period. They NEVER FOLLOW UP like they say they will.
Went to one of these and was promised a second interview...never happened. they did not respond to any attempt on my part of following up.
