I have been working at Carlisle IT full-time (More than a year)
Profit Share, appropriate pay, good community, quality management
clock-in process is a pain for hourly, large corporation takes time to achieve anything internally
Advice to Management
Keep it up!
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Carlisle IT (Franklin, WI) in May 2017.
I interviewed with two other people and filled out an application in the front lobby. I did a walk through with two other prospective employees. The company looks like it is growing and reorganizing. It seems like a nice place to work from my tour there. The job requires steel toe shoes and they work primarily with civil aviation at this site. There is a lot of measuring and working with aluminum and wiring harnesses. The atmosphere seemed pretty busy, but not tense.
