I am 2 months into my new position at Rose Associates as a leasing agent and I hate it. I worked at my last property management company as a leasing agent and did considerably well. At Rose Associates, I haven’t received any formal training on their CRM and procedures. My property has tons of vacancies due to it being very outdated and unorganized. I feel like I made the biggest mistake in my career, what do I do next?

Real Estate Agent
I am a new agent meeting with my brokers today and wanting to bring up doing property management as well in 2024. I would like to help people manage their short term rentals since I live in a college town. How should I bring this up to my brokers? Also what should I ask or find out?

I recently received a Job offer. I accepted it verbally in order for them to send me the official offer letter. It does match everything they described to me (based on salary, sign on bonus, & relocation assistance.) However the question I have is should i attempt to negotiate for a higher base salary? When speaking to my parents about it they told me that the time for negotiation is over as I accepted the offer as it stands and they sent it to me.

Carmel Partners Interviews

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Carmel Partners (San Francisco, CA) in Jul 2023
InterviewThe interview process itself was long and drawn out to the final round, stretching approximately 6 weeks for 4 interviews (2 with the data science/research team, 1 with a VP, and 1 with HR). I was not informed that the team decided to go with another candidate despite being in the late stages. Instead, I had to email HR twice to inquire about the status of the position/process. I would have appreciated more courtesy and a reciprocated transparency given that I mentioned having multiple other interviews ongoing and the challenging nature of the job market at the time I applied.Interview
Questions were about tools that I used to carry out research projects and how I used them. Interviews were very driven by my enteries on my resume.Answer Question
