I have been working at Carney full-time (Less than a year)
I love the work I do and the people I work with. I know Carney supports us and is working hard to make things better. The benefits are good, but some are expensive.
The hours can be tough during training weeks. More consistent information from the supervisor and clients would be helpful as the information we get isn't always the same from the client and our manager. The government and military customers can be unreasonable and difficult at times and they ask us to do work that isn't in our job description.
Advice to Management
Lower the cost of insurance and get to know us.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Carney (Alexandria, VA) in June 2010.
You will meet with multiple teams and team members, and expect an entire day in the interview process
