Pros
I love this company. I have worked for many large companies and this is by far the most rewarding and positive atmosphere I have ever worked in. The company truly wants you to succeed. In the beginning you will work a lot but the rewards are definitely there!
Cons
There is a lot of training and honestly things do get missed. The trainers are great but wish we would have been able to listen to more calls in the beginning.

Had one panel interview with 3 people working on a specific part of the project.
