    Pros

Management and colleagues are wonderful to work with. Most managers are relatively flexible with schedules and try to work out time for personal things like doctors appointments, etc.

    Cons

In the world we work in today, people are desperate for more money. As a teller it can be stressful to stay mindful of the fact that people will try to present fraudulent checks and money. It is essential to focus on every transaction as if it is the only one you will complete that day.

    Advice to Management

It is wonderful to work with the management at Carolina First Bank. I enjoy the fact that if I need to get in touch with someone above me, it only takes one email or phone call. I can speak with whomever I need to within a matter of minutes.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Carolina First Bank (Myrtle Beach, SC) in September 2010.

    Interview

The communication for taking the skills test and the application was all done online. Later the next day the Human Resource Officer called and mad an appointment for us to sit down and have a one on one interview. The interview took one hour and was very pleasant. Lots of the same questions always asked during an interview. No offer has been made as of yet. I was the first person to be interviewed.
