    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Carrabba's Italian Grill in February 2013.

    Interview

Sunday afternoon, about 30 minutes, in-person and on-location, before opening. I was on time but hiring manager was not. General questions and a bit of superficial banter. He liked my black skinny tie...you´ll do well to dress just as the position requires, IMO. They want button-down shirt, tie, slacks for all positions so wear these and you´ll be fine.

    Interview Questions

    • General questions about my background, why I wanted the job, how long I plan to stay, what I expect to get out of the work experience.   Answer Question

    Negotiation

    Hours were negotiable. Pay not.
