Advice to Management
Implement bonus structure for the front line to reward increased revenues. Incentives for obtaining greater than average contracts would be appreciated.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Carriage Services (Fort Lauderdale, FL) in August 2017.
I was interviewed for approximately 30 minutes combined by a Sales Manager and a Managing Partner. The interview was in response to a resume I submitted, I met with both managers separate.y at the same location. I have previous experience in this field.
