We're wrapping up July after a great month of growth and excellence at Carrington West. At the beginning of this month, we held our end of Q2 awards to recognise the achievements of the year, followed by our annual seafront party at Southsea castle! Through our industry knowledge we published our mid-year updates to the salary surveys from earlier this year - an insightful report on the job market and salary trends across our sectors in the UK. The winners are announced in November... Finally on the last Friday of July, we celebrated at the Goodwood races, dressing in our finest and enjoying the event with our teammates. This June at Carrington West has really flown by. Over the month we have celebrated World Environment day with our Lakeside office, where they announced the solar power project for our building! This will go a long way towards our carbon net zero goals. On a bright summer day, our staff enjoyed a charity picnic in support of the Café Project Basingstoke! Our fundraising continues into August at our annual Summer party.
