Technical Account Manager

Being a woman in tech, I only recently started advocating for myself at work about advancement opportunities. Because of this I wanted to ask this question to my male counterparts. When you have 1:1's with your direct reports and talk about career growth / aspirations what is your managers’ response typically? I’d like to gauge how my experience (negative) differs from others. For instance are you met with blockades, enthusiasm, dread, etc?

    Easy Interview

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Cartegraph (United States) in Sep 2022

Submitted an application online through job posting on careers site. Moved on to an initial 30-minute phone call with HR. The recruiter told me I would be proceeding in the interview process with a one hour video chat with a software hiring manager. This interview was not technical and was a mix of behavioral questions and past experiences/resume. The interviewer told me the next steps in the interview process would be a take home coding exercise/project due one week after getting it and that it shouldn't take more than a day. If they decide to proceed with the final interview, it would be a technical discussion of the code and decisions made. Unfortunately, I never received the coding challenge nor any communication of rejection; I was ghosted even after reaching out after three weeks of not hearing anything.

    Why should we hire you?
