At Cartier, we feel lucky to welcome interns across our teams worldwide each year. We invest in providing a stimulating international professional experience and ensure they work on meaningful projects. With follow-ups throughout their journey, they are always encouraged to learn, grow and unlock their full potential. “I am very proud to have completed my end-of-studies internship at Cartier. This experience mainly allowed me to grow professionally by developing my marketing skills and becoming more autonomous and proactive. It also allowed me to confirm my career choice.” Antonella, International Fragrance Product Development Intern.

In February, Cartier North America partnered with the Thurgood Marshall College Fund to host the first-ever Cartier Innovation Challenge. The Thurgood Marshall Fund carries forward the legacy of Justice Thurgood Marshall by championing the ambitions of Historically Black College and University (HBCU) students through scholarships, upskilling and equity programs, and career opportunities with top-tier organizations. The Cartier Innovation Challenge was strategically designed to provide diverse, high-achieving students with the tools they need to be successful entrepreneurs. Over the course of three days, Cartier invited 16 students from HBCUs to focus on two business challenges that Cartier is currently facing. Throughout the week, Cartier team members acted as mentors and coaches to the students, offering valuable insights and perspectives. The teams presented their final pitches to a team of judges at the end of the week, and the winning team will be hosted for a visit at the Cartier North America headquarters in New York City this summer.
