Benefits are terrible, health insurance is a joke
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Carus in August 2016.
Received an email directly from the HR representative. We scheduled an initial phone screen the following week. For all intensive purposes the phone screen seemed to go well. She asked what i thought were a variety of realistic behavioral based questions. We talked about next steps in the process, but even with that, my gut feeling felt that i would not hear from them again.
That was two weeks ago.
I still have not heard from them. All in all, i feel although the questions were very insightful, i still did not get a "good feeling" from this company.
