    Application

I applied in-person. The process took a week. I interviewed at Carvel (Sunrise, FL) in February 2017.

    Interview

The process was pretty fast and simple. The owners went over the company and how it's run. They talk to you 1 on 1. Examples such as the pay rate, tardy policy (3 late tardies AKA being late and a suspension. If you screw up the suspension, you're done for good), how the company makes the food, and what they're all about. They also talk about the uniform and all that jazz. They ask you the basic questions like most jobs so it's not a very difficult interview. It's very laid-back and you're willing to ask as many questions if you want if they're going too fast.

If you're accepted, you will be going to attend an orientation at the store location and you have to bring a driver's license/State ID, SSI, and your checkbook for your bank information for direct deposit.
