    Pros

If you love the outdoors and want to be part of a great, privately owned company this is for you. Management is open to suggestions for growth and will listen to any employee's ideas. There are some changes going on so if you are uncomfortable with change this company isn't for you.

    Cons

HQ location isn't in a great part of town and parking is sometimes difficult.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work and continue to keep to press forward.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Cascade Designs, Inc. (Seattle, WA) in March 2015.

    Interview

I applied online and received an email for an interview two weeks after. The interview was with the two hiring managers for the position, and they were very friendly. I could tell that I probably wasn't the right candidate for the position half way through the job, but they were very nice the whole time. They said they would contact me if any further interview was necessary, which never came.
